Welcome to Holy Redeemer’s Mealtrain initiative.

What IS a meal train?

A meal train is an organized way for the Holy Redeemer community to deliver home-cooked meals (or provide gift cards for delivered meals) to someone who’s going through a challenging time. It’s a caring way to ensure the recipient doesn’t have to think about grocery shopping or preparing meals while going through a major life event. We use an external website to help us organize our meal trains, https://www.mealtrain.com/

Reasons to request a mealtrain:

I am having a baby

I’ve just lost a loved one

I am too ill to cook for myself or my family

I’m in need of help:

If you or someone you know needs meals, please fill out the form here (be sure you have permission to disclose their information), this will let us know how to get meals to you or someone you know.  We will be using https://www.mealtrain.com/ to organize meals with those from the parish who have generously signed up to help.

I want to help:

NOTE: You get to decide how often you want to help. There is no pressure to help every time an email goes out.
