First, you will be greeted by a host/hostess who will ask you to provide information for the photographer including your name, mailing address, and home and/or work phone numbers. After your photos are taken, you will go to a viewing room to select the pose you want to include in the directory. At this time you will have the opportunity to purchase portraits, but this is entirely optional. The entire process is expected to take 30-45 minutes.

Approximately 30-45 minutes for the photography and viewing of your portraits (1 appointment).

Long sleeves and a rich, colour coordinated wardrobe is recommended. Also, please dress for a full length portrait.

Yes, several poses of the entire family as well as poses of the individuals who wish to appear in the book will be taken.

There is no sitting fee or obligation to purchase. Simply being photographed will entitle your family to a free copy of the directory.

A variety of poses will be taken, such as: for families with children; there will be two poses of the compete family, one pose of the husband and wife, and one pose of the children. For couples, there will be one head and one shoulder pose, one 3/4 pose, and one each of the husband and wife. For singles, there will be one head and one shoulder pose and one 3/4 pose.

You are not obligated to make a purchase. Being photographed entitles you to inclusion in the book and you'll receive a free copy of it.

The parish wants this directory to include as many parishioners as possible. If you cannot come to the Parish on any of the reserved dates (e.g., due to illness, infirmity, or because you will be out of town), please contact our parish directory coordinator, Vanessa Malik, at [email protected], as soon as possible to see if alternative arrangements can be made.A fee of $15.00 + HST may apply.

The photography company (IPC Canada Photo Services Inc.) will accept VISA, Mastercard, Debit, Cash and Personal Cheques.
